Account Manager (Clinical)

This position exists for someone who is (or has been) a Study Coordinator or a CRA and wants to expand their horizons. You should be well versed in the clinical trial recruitment process, (from both sponsor/CRO and trial site perspectives) and want to work on revolutionizing this process.

Charisma and organizational ability are critical for this position. You will be serving as the face of our organization to our physician network, providing support and guidance to our users. You will also be the operational glue that holds our processes together, you will be making sure that the data in our systems is accurate and communicating with internal stakeholders to keep everyone on the same page.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with our physician network, including: physicians, nurses, clinical and administrative staff
  • Train users on how to use our application
  • Maintain the quality of data in our CRM system for all users
  • Communicate operational updates with the rest of the company regarding user satisfaction
  • Contribute to the development of material targeted at maximizing patient recruitment initiatives from the physician and patient perspectives

 

Required Skills and Qualifications: 

  • 3+ years experience with clinical trials - you need to understand the clinical trial process, both from the perspective of a clinical trial site as well as from the perspective of a sponsor or CRO
  • Understanding of patient recruitment process for clinical trials - you have worked at a trial site or CRO and have experience with the screening and recruiting process
  • Must be organized and able to manage projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience working with remote teams (this position does not require travel)
  • Reasonably technically competent - if you need help setting up email on your phone or understanding how to use a CRM system, you probably won't be a good fit

  • Persuasive - you are going to be working with external stakeholders who need to understand the value of working with ePatientFinder

  • Quick learner - you need to pick up information about new treatments
